For that i ordered thick "sponge" (mousse) at the size of my windows and 5cm thick, then i slided them between the double glass windows and the japanese paper cover but took care of keeping 2cm of space between each layers, that cut sound better...
I liked the result a lot as it blocked completely light and made a good difference on outside noise isolation...
